DESN13861 Experiential Design in Context

Students explore historical and contemporary issues and key concepts that inform contemporary Experiential Design practice. Structured thematically, ideas highlight the socio-cultural and political context and bring concepts to life from diverse perspectives through examples and case studies of historical and current works. Students engage with thematic content through lectures, group discussion and written assignments. Assignments develop skills in analysis and synthesis of material from a variety of sources through written, visual and oral communication.
