DESN11836 Research Methods for Experiential Design I

Human-centred and inclusive design principles are fundamental to experiential design and studio work. Students explore a range of foundational quantitative and qualitative design research methods to inform the planning and execution of Experiential Design projects. Ethical research standards and inclusive design principles are introduced to support analysis of human perspectives and experiences. Students identify the requirements and needs of a diverse range of participants within various contexts through readings, case studies and practical activities.
